ScandMist Oil Smoke Collectors
Scandmist Oil Smoke Collectors manage oil mist emissions in high-volume manufacturing environments that require air filtration systems for entire production lines. These systems operate as a part of a local air filtration system and handle air flows from 250 CFM to 2350 CFM.
Each ScandMist Oil Smoke Collector employs coalescing filters in the first two filtration stages. During these stages, submicron particles are gathered and coalesced into larger droplets that drain to the bottom of the machine or separate oil sump for reuse.
This technique protects the final HEPA filters and prevents all stages from becoming clogged with particulate — increasing filter life and prolonging performance.
